Coordination of what is needed to set up and operate a company in a country: incorporation, accounting, banking, insurance, office space, logistics, technology and local suppliers.

Legal, tax, accounting and regulatory matters — company formation, branch setup, regulatory guidance — require a licence the Alliance does not hold. It coordinates the process and connects the company to Accredited Partners, who execute each part under their own licence. What is not regulated — office space, local suppliers, logistics, bank introductions — is handled directly.
