Accredited Partners

Specialist services, from those licensed to provide them.

Legal, tax, financial and recruitment: regulated fields, delivered by licensed professionals. The EBA accredits, refers and follows up — it does not provide or intermediate.

The boundary, without ambiguity

The European Business Alliance does not provide legal, tax, financial or regulated intermediation services, nor does it act as an intermediary in those transactions. Accredited Partners contract directly with the client, in their own name, under their own licence and responsibility. The EBA takes no commission on the service provided and is not answerable for its outcome.

Areas of accreditation

01

Legal

Law firms: company formation, contracts, employment, disputes.

02

Tax and accounting

Tax structuring, accounting, filings, transfer pricing.

03

Financial

Licensed banks, brokers and advisers: financing, FX, credit insurance.

04

Recruitment and mobility

International recruitment, visas, mobility of staff.

The Accredited Partner directory opens once there are enough accreditations.

How it works

  1. 1The member raises the need with the chapter.
  2. 2The EBA refers them to an Accredited Partner in that field.
  3. 3The partner contracts directly with the member, under its own licence.
  4. 4The EBA follows up on service quality and collects feedback.
